GPA addendum, want to highlight why my undergraduate gpa is not an indication of my potential success within USC. What would I do differently to ensure success within the MPH program? What would be my plan of action? Why should the committee not base their decision solely off my GPA? How will I earn and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher? Again, I want to explain to the committee why the undergraduate GPA doesn’t represent what I would bring to the table now.
Reasons for having 2.8 GPA.
– Mother was diagnosed with cancer Junior and Senior year of college, was taking care of mother financially.
– Was working Full time and attending School Full time and was in ROTC full time.
– Was diagnosed with PTSD and having other medical issues due to Service in the military.
– I have developed better time management for my work and personal life.
– Mother has been cleared from cancer and is in stable condition. My medical issues have been solved with medication and PT.
