Reflect back … It is March 2020 and we’ve just entered COVID Lockdown. You have been hired by a local restaurant delivery service to design a website to help restaurants deliver their food and keep them operating. None of these restaurants are franchises or chains and they’re all family- and locally-owned.
The site should be attractive to families and young professionals and should allow them to order home delivery and designate. Use an application like MSWord, MSPowerPoint, MSVisio, or similar program to design a homepage, menu page, and order page for Grizzly’s – a (fictional) local restaurant. You should put all of your work in one document and upload into this assignment. Only one file can be uploaded.
Incorporate some of the concepts about web-enabled businesses discussed in Chapter 8. What would be need for such a website to be functional? What would the homepage, menu page, and order page look like? That’s your assignment – develop those 3 pages. Be creative but make sure you address all the items above.
