You have recently been hired as a Chief Learning Officer at a Fortune 500 Company. You are responsible for developing a strategic learning plan for your organization. Being a graduate student in the Leadership program, you understand the importance of linking theory with practice. Your CEO has recently indicated that one major strategic goal of the organization is to capture the knowledge of departing employees. Upon interviewing key stakeholders, you learn that the organizational culture is one of low trust, thereby decreasing the amount of knowledge sharing. Please articulate the process you would undergo to develop your organizational learning plan. Which key theories would you use to inform your learning plan? Why are these theories the most important? How would you deploy your learning plan? How would you measure the strategic impact of your learning plan?
