In his talk, Lencioni outlines five dysfunctions that work against team effectiveness. For this forum, describe a time you have been part of a team that had one the five dysfunctions that Lencioni outlines, and how that dysfunction played out as your team worked to accomplish its objectives. Which of these five dysfunctions do you struggle with the most in your own life? Lastly, address how the leadership practices and commitments from Chapter 3 of the Kouzes & Posner text can help to mitigate against these dysfunctions manifesting within a team dynamic.
