Identify a successful hospitality organization in each area of hotels, restaurants, theme parks, cruise ships, casino, and events (identify one top organization for each area and identify the measure of their success ex: service, profitability, reputation, impact, brand, safety, innovative, creativity, etc). What are some of the considerations that are motivating hospitality companies to go global and why would strategic management be important in an increasingly competitive global environment?
