The final paper is designed to facilitate your in-depth understanding of a motivational issue you research on a topic of your choosing with the approval of the instructor. You must submit your research topic and outline for review and approval no later than 12 July 2021. Your paper must be a scholarly work that will examine the benefits and will challenge the issue present to your organization. You may consider but not limit your analysis to the economic, cultural, and political challenges it might have for you and your organization. You must include your point of view, role as an organizational leader, and make predictions about the future of the organization and how this topic might influence future trends based on your analysis. Your research paper must be between 15 and 20 pages in length and must include an abstract, introduction, body (analysis), summary, conclusion, and references. Allow me to clarify, your abstract, introduction, and references should be 1 page each so, you have only 12 to 17 pages to complete your body of analysis, summary, and conclusion. Please cite between 3-7 references per page at a minimum. Note, you can cite more than 7 references per page.
