Why should a belief in the biological inferiority of people of color be considered racist?

Watch the film “13th”. This film is on Netflix for those who subscribe, and I have also embedded the film on this page. Combining archival footage with testimony from activists and scholars, this film examines the U.S. prison system and looks at how the country’s history of racial inequality drives the high rate of incarceration in America.
