Why should you exercise regularly

The speech should be approximately 3-4 pages long, word processed,
single spaced, with 1” margins on each side of the page. It must
demonstrate the components of persuasive speech as discussed in the
textbook (See Chapter 8 and the AIDA process) Each student will need
3 references that were used to prepare the speech. The textbook
pter on persuasive speech cannot be one of these. Dictionaries
and encyclopedias are not acceptable references for college work.
References should be listed separately on the last page of the paper.
The citation for each reference must contain the author’s name, the
name of the article, the name of the journal or magazine, the volume #
and the date of publication. Students are expected to use GALILEO to
find references; they should not be more than 10 years old.
Books, newspapers, websites or blogs cannot be references. Do not
cite references in the speech. Any citation style will be acceptable (i.e. APA, MLA, etc.)
Please note: this is a written assignment only.
You will not be giving this speech to the class. However, you should write the speech
as if you were actually going to give it to an audience. For instance,
you could begin by saying, “Do you want to live a long life? If you
exercise 20 min. each day, you can extend your life by 5 years!”
