EXAMPLE –

For example, you want to assist Latinx single mothers in Hudson during covid19. You may want to format as written documents (guidebooks or pamphlets) or engage others to educate and support Latinx single mothers in Hudson county.

PART 2

Write a 1-2 paragraph description on the issue you selected and why. Maybe you have data, or a compelling story from the community tell why the issue is important to you. why you think its important develop a plan to change the situation.

PART 3
Answer the following questions regarding the assignment.

How does your tool-kit respond to the complexity of diversity in leadership practice? Describe and explain your toolbox.

Describe the Research that led to your Toolbox (why this project? Why now? Why is your project necessary? Any data to justify the need.

Discuss how feminist principles and multicultural ideals attitudes shaped your tool-kit.

RQ/A6: Please discuss how you determined whether the sources used in your tool-kit meet the needs of the community. Are there any limitations to your tool-kit?
