Our lives seem to becoming busier and busier and more complicated with family and work demands, all facilitated by ever-increasing use of technology in our lives. In order for us to understand this critical challenge and to help process how to manage it, students will submit a 1-2 page (double-spaced) paper on this topic. It should briefly explain the issue of work-life balance and present several perspectives on it. Then, students will examine and analyze their own work-life situation, concluding with some plans as to how they hope to navigate going forward with this new understanding and commitment.
