You may use current business news articles to identify such a company.
PART A: You will examine your company from multiple vantage points (internal & external), conduct research and synthesize a comprehensive case. The case must be written in such a way that future readers are able to critically-analyze the information provided, and assemble a myriad of possible solutions. In other words, the case should not be leading in any way, but rather, somewhat ambiguous to force future readers to THINK through the problem. Your deliverable will be a polished case study (including various appendices as you see fit).
