Purpose of the Assessment: By completing the lesson plan assessment, the teacher candidate will demonstrate proficiency in developing effective lesson plans.
Instructions: Write a lesson plan using the “official” FDU lesson plan format (Appendix A of this syllabus).
The plan should use either differentiated instruction or a UDL approach to meet the needs of diverse
learners.
