You are the office manager for Ducray Bookkeeping Inc. Three weeks ago, you ordered new office chairs for your staff of 28 bookkeepers. Since your bookkeepers spend long hours sitting at their desks, you wanted chairs that were both durable and comfortable.
Calvin Daniels, a salesperson at Grayson Office Furniture Inc., promised you Grayson’s “trustworthy” chairs were strong and offered excellent back support. Three weeks after you bought 28 chairs at $1,200.00 apiece, the arms are falling off the chairs and your staff are complaining of sore backs.
You want to return the chairs to your supplier. You have looked at Grayson’s catalogue, and think that another of their chairs the –EzeeSit- would be a good choice. Since each EzeeSit costs $1,400, however, you want to be sure that they meet your needs before you order any.
