CURRENT GUIDING QUESTION FOR THE LITERATURE REVIEW:
How does stress and anxiety relate to premature aging in adults?

PURPOSE OF YOUR LITERATURE REVIEW:
The purpose of this literature review is to fully comprehend how stress and anxiety relate to the aging of adult bodies inside and out. A greater understanding of how stress and anxiety relate to aging could help adults take action to better manage factors in their lives that cause stress and anxiety. High stress and anxiety is worrisome because it can lead to aging and disease.

PROPOSED INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
For this literature review, the databases that I used were Psyc Articles, Pubmed, and Psyc Info. Exclusion criteria consisted of excluding articles that covered aging in kids, adolescents, and teens, research articles that were not peer reviewed, and literature that was published before 2015. The inclusion criteria consisted of articles that included index terms like successful aging, stress, anxiety, aging in adults, etc. Additionally the inclusion criteria included articles that were published between 2015-2021, peer reviewed articles.
