Write a literature review that involves an analysis of The Kirkpatrick New World Model and evaluation strategies. It is important to note that the Kirkpatrick Model has been updated over the years. It began as The Kirkpatrick Model by Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick in the 1950s but then was updated to “The Kirkpatrick New World Model” by his son Jim Kirkpatrick in 2010.
The literature review process will include examining past research studies that use both The Kirkpatrick Model and The Kirkpatrick New World Model to evaluate learning. I would like past research studies that use these two evaluation models to be included in the literature review. I want to sort these articles by published date as it will help organize older research studies into a chronological format. I want all the sources and research to be in English. I may use these sources and will want to be sure I can read the research. They all should be before 2015. Some articles or primary research will can be before 2010 but not the bulk of the research should be current.
Here is an outline that I would like to follow but would like your feedback or expertise:

A review of Alternative Evaluation Models – I would like to discuss other alternative evaluation theories. It does not need to be indepth but how these models have contributed to the learning evaluation

• Phillips Evaluation Model
• Kaufman’s Model of Learning Evaluation
• Anderson’s Value of Learning Model
The Kirkpatrick New World Model – This is a new mode of evaluation. It has been updated from the 1950s version. A brief discussion on the updates compared to the older version
• Level 1 Update – Skills and Attitudes were included
• Level 2 Update – Confidence and Commitment were added
• Level 3 Update – focus on required drivers and performance support systems
• Level 4 Update – Focus on results and Return on Expectation (ROE)
