Write a paper Explaining Cultural Intelligence Theory.You have read two articles about Cultural Intelligence (CQ) as well as looked at some tools to measure cultural intelligence. CQ is a multidimensional construct that focuses on central constructs—metacognition, cognition, motivation, and behaviorism.
Your task in this two-page paper assignment is to define CQ, using the sources, in your own words. You are not allowed to use any direct quotations in this paper, as the requirement is to paraphrase. It is a deceptively simple assignment. In addition, you will need to provide 2-3 examples of cultural intelligence, using your own experience.
Finally, you need to develop a diagram to accompany the theoretical framework of CQ, mapping out visually your explanation of the theory. It can be on an additional page.
