Write a paper on how you are Operating a food service facility during the Covid PandemicDuring the pandemic, the food service industry has been hit hard, as well other companies. But if you were the owner or the food service manager of a food service facility during this time, how would you handle these problems or situations: employees not coming to work, not getting food items you need; safely delivering meals to your clients; protecting your clients and employees from the spread of Covid; spending more money as an incentive to get employees to come to work; cleaning and sanitizing the facility on a daily basis; hours of operation, menu changes and etc.
I want you to write a 3-page paper, max but not less than 2 pages, on how you would handle some of these problems and situations that might occur in your choice of a food service facility. State the problems and give a solution for each one. Be thorough and realistic.
