coping with stress, moderation, resilience, self-consciousness, emotionally
stable, does not worry, relaxed.
•Open – Closed: Growth
mindset, tolerance.
•Agreeable – Hostile: Generosity,
honesty, integrity, kindness, trustworthiness.
•Spontaneous – Conscientious: Dependability,
organization, persistence, planning, responsibility.
•Extroverted – Introverted: Cheerfulness,
communication, optimism, leadership.
•All of these are traits that I
found in Marcus Aurelius.
