You are required to pick any issues within leadership and critically reflect on how to manage and resolve the issues using relevant academic leadership theory.
The issues (three issues from term 2 themes) must be picked up from your class project. If you did not participate in a class project, you MUST use 8 self-assessments from Term 2.
The issues must be picked up from the self-assessments in Blackboard. There are 17 self-assessments in term 2, you must do a minimum of 8. Complete 8 self-assessments from term 2 and select three issues from these.
You will not pass this assignment without using relevant academic leadership theory from this course in Blackboard and reflecting on a minimum of 8 self-assessments from Blackboard.
