Write a report on an experienced Episcopalian church service, another member might investigate how Catholic Social Teaching is performed within the Roman Catholic faith, another student might see how acclaimed Protestant work ethics are measured within the Lutheran diocese.

Since the purpose of this exercise is to conduct fieldwork and to experience the challenges that come with doing participant observation, there are several ways to achieve success. Here’s just one example.
Have the group choose a specific culture everyone agrees to investigate.
As you are aware, “a group cannot accomplish tasks, survive and grow if it cannot manage its internal relationships. To function as a group, the individuals who come together must establish a system of communication and a language that permits setting goals, interpreting, and managing what is going on” (Schein, 93). As part of this exercise, your group will need to demonstrate and document how you specifically accomplished this objective.
Then each person in the group will determine which subculture or microculture they will investigate. They will present their findings to the group by drafting an ethnographic report. Those individual reports will then be presented to our convened seminar. For example, if the chosen macroculture to be investigated is Christianity, then one person will write a report on an experienced Episcopalian church service, another member might investigate how Catholic Social Teaching is performed within the Roman Catholic faith, another student might see how acclaimed Protestant work ethics are measured within the Lutheran diocese.
The group will sit together and observe for at least 60 minutes and record their observations of the following:
a) Surroundings
i. Environment
ii. People: individuals or groups and their behavior(s)
You are to immerse yourselves fully in an emic situation.
Think reflexively and reflectively upon your environment. Record your impressions of these experiences.

Group Three will delve into the impact that these three segments of the weight loss industry have on the wellbeing of American citizens.) For particular section I have to do field work on and write about is the topic of the value of gym and exercising. Meaning visit a local Gym, include the name of manager that allow you to sit and observe the gym or place of exercise. How American weight loss or the way Americans exercise may differ from other countries or cultures.
