Write a research on religious exemption from COVID-19 vaccine.

Hello. My job has required a vaccine mandate. It is against my religion. I am Jewish. I included questions that are on the form that must be filled out. I want them detail oriented and persuasive. Please do as much research as possible to make this not questionable.
I have received vaccines in the past. This is the problem. But only received because it fully prevents from getting sick/ spread to others. (Before 2018). I was born and raised Jewish and I fully became bat-mitzvahed in 2018. I appreciate all the work. Only hiring dedicated writers with experience in exemptions.
