Please respond to Terry Eagleton’s essay,
using the short story (“20/20”) and one poem of choice (from the
competency) as your ‘material’ through which to answer the question, ‘what is
literature?’

light of your own experiences reading–including reading the poems
assigned in this Learning Outcome (attached).
