Write a research paper relegated on the considerations for the international market account for the company known as Walmart. This will consider the values and morals around Walmart’s attempt to venture into the international market.The following format is required:

Introduction: In this section, state the purpose of the paper in succinct, declarative sentences. Convince your reader that:

the study is based upon the concepts studied in the course.
Background and Significance: This section provides further justification of the need for your study. If your project examines a topic drawn from your work, you should include a description of your work environment, your position in the organization and how your position fits into the organization, both vertically and horizontally.
Explain the applicable concepts from the course. If your project is focused on a particular organization, explain how these concepts apply to that organization. What is the organization doing well? Would it benefit by adopting some of the concepts you have been studying?
Discussion and Implications: In this section, you should provide a thorough discussion of your findings and the implications of your study. Be sure to include only the pertinent implications.
Conclusion and Recommendations: In this section, you should provide a summary analysis of your findings and discuss appropriate recommendations. For example, if you researched an application of course concepts to your work situation or for an organization, then your recommendations may take the form of specific policies/procedures organizations may need to deal successfully with international human resource issues. If your project is a literature review, then your recommendations may be focused on what issues need further research. Be sure that the recommendations are realistic in terms of the appropriate human resource concepts
References: You must provide a list of references cited in your paper. (Be sure that you support the information presented in your paper with appropriate references.) It is important that all references and quotes correctly are cited correctly. All sources, including websites, must be referenced in the References list. This project will entail a research paper relegated on the considerations for the international market account for the company known as Walmart. This will consider the values and morals around Walmart’s attempt to venture into the international market, and will consider how their domestic values were attempted to be incorporated into their International Market attempts as well. There are many different concepts that have been utilized over the course of the past few models that can be utilized to describe this specific attempt by Walmart to go International. Some of the different concepts that will be described are our diversity, culture, and globalization attempts by Walmart and its International venture.
The company known as Walmart has attempted to venture into the international market. The strategy that works to make them the most successful retail company in the United States should also apply to their venture onto the international scene as well ? The strategy has not initially worked out for Walmart as it pertains to going onto the international retail scene. Walmart has not been successful in the majority of the parts of Europe, Japan, and China as well (Forbes.com). Even though Walmart is the poster child for their expansion as they have gone international, they need to formulate a different strategy so they are going to be more successful on the retail scene.
Walmart wants to try going into one of the largest countries in the world known as India to try to incorporate their retail market. There are many questions as to why Walmarts domestic retail strategy has not worked on the foreign market? (Forbes.com). It has yet to be seen whether Walmart can be a major competitor outside of the western hemisphere, but only time will tell as they will need to formulate a better strategy for their business to be successful in Europe, Asia, and perhaps the southern hemisphere as well.
