My aim of writting this actually is from personal experience,
Prison setting in a hospital
nurses there are not recognised as correctional nurses
So in view of that Ill like to include
nurses in the hospital setting that are caring for prisoners should be recognised as correctional nurses and their pay should be in par with prison nurses pay
should be given hazard pay
nurses to patient ratio should be better
the hospital should know the existence of the ward and the struggles that the nurses go through
