• Causes: Explain how this weather event occurred; scientific reasons/explanations. Include any interesting facts.

• Effects and Economic impact: Explain the damage that this type of weather caused (if any). Was there damage from the event? What was the economic impact on industry, agriculture, transportation, etc.

• Historical relevance: How does your event/phenomenon relate to others like it that have happened in the past?

• Conclusion: Provide a concise conclusion to your presentation. What does your analysis of this event tell you about weather forecasting and how damage from similar, future events can be avoided?

Written Paper Format:
· Must be typed in 12 pt. Times Roman font, double-spaced.
· There must be a separate Title page and References page.
· Must be a minimum of 2 full pages with at least 5 sources cited in APA format (MLA format is also acceptable as well). Wikipedia, blogs, or opinion posts are not valid sources. Label each section of paper (i.e. Introduction, Causes, Effects, etc.).
