Private Practice Email Policy: If you are already a patient or parent in my practice, I will return your email within 72 hours. Due to the volume of emails I receive, please note that my responses may occasionally require more time. I encourage the use of email for scheduling purposes but request that substantive clinical communications occur by phone. Although I may occasionally return email on weekends, it is not my regular practice to do so and you should leave a voicemail on my office phone for time sensitive matters. I check my office voicemail throughout the day. Email is not an appropriate means of communication if you require immediate assistance due to a clinical emergency; in such cases you should call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.
