Write a rhetorical analysis of a political advertisement. In our
class, we covered two types of rhetorical analysis: Aristotelian analysis and metaphor
analysis. Your paper may focus on one or both of these methods. Use whichever type of
analysis helps you best explain the rhetorical strategies of the political ad. It may be
helpful to review the week one and two assignments. You may use one of the ads you
wrote your paper on in Week 1 or Week 2, but you will be expected to further the
analysis extensively.
