Write a standard proposal that identifies a problem and proposes a solution. If you are currently employed, try to think of a problem at your workplace so that your topic will be relevant to you.
Your proposal should have the following parts:
Explanation of the problem
Description of your proposal (remember who, what, when, where, and why)
Explanation of the reasons you believe the solution will work (include research and analysis)
Discussion of feasibility
Conclusion
Your proposal should use external sources where they will help you make a more effective argument. Sources may include information about the organization (for example: marketing data, sales data, or employee demographic information), it may include government or organization regulations, or it may include research from third parties (for instance, you may use a case study to show that another organization adopted a similar plan to great success).
Cite your sources in a reference page.
