Write an essay comparing/contrasting one of plays to its film adaptation.
For most of the essay focus on “specific elements of the play and film, cite evidence from the text and film to make your argument about a main idea/theme of the work that remains relevant, or fails to meet our modern expectations.” The main idea is “lovers whose relationship
is doomed to fail” and that is what you are arguing about. The elements are up to you but they are really important as shown in the outline pictures i uploaded. Lastly, cite the sources and you can use two sources other then the play and movie just cite it in MLA format.
