Write and submit an entry about your own reflective process and integration into your own life. The description of these weekly scholarly reflections is below. Please submit your entry by Wednesday (latest) of the week following class, so that your course instructor, Caitlin Krause, has time to read them and respond before the next class meeting. Note: These entries will not be made public, though we will have time to share out loud together.
Digital Wellbeing Weekly Scholarly Integration Reflections (8 points each) 56 Points
You will keep a journal for this course, which can be digital or handwritten.
Each week, you will write a weekly 1-2 page reflection about your process with relationships to technology (if typed: prefer double-spaced, 12-pt font, Times New Roman). You are encouraged to include wonderings, experiences, reflections, and goals you have to change approaches to tech. The journal responses each week will be aligned with the readings and topics for the week, and might also include sketches and individual investigations. Please cite and credit the work you are referencing, using it as a lens to investigate your own life design!
Note: you are highly encouraged to use these reflections to inform your sharing in-class, and vice versa! This is why the reading process takes place first, then class sharing on a topic, and then craft of your reflections throughout the following week, too.
