A broad range of theories are available that can guide how we facilitate the group process. In the new Women’s Group that you are facilitating, you recognize that more than half of the group are not employed or productively engaged. Further, this appears to be one of the factors that is contributing to their relapse. (Yes – Jen relapsed!). You want to assist them with developing skills such as effective communication, refusal skills, life skills such as time management, budgeting, stress management, etc.
