This is an analysis and not a recitation of the facts stated in the case, and how well you support your recommendations. If there are discussion questions, you should not answer these directly but you can consider them in identifying the issues the case raises.

FOCUS:
– You should include the situation the company is in at the time of the case, including some relevant background and important events that brought it to that situation.

– The problem the company is facing, including how to maintain its good performance assuming it is performing well.

– You should state how the company is dealing with that problem, intends to do so, or if this is not discussed in the case, how you think it should and why.

– You must include any lessons that can be learned from the case.

– At the end of the report you must list 2 exhibits from the case study to support your analysis.
