Write a research paper about doing Business Abroad.
Requirements: The paper should address the topics below:
· Equity and Workplace Diversity: culture, expectation, religion, gender, …
· Gender Discrimination at work
· Concerns when working abroad such as language barriers, cultural shocks, tax treaties, laws, and technology access and reliance.
· Method to stay competitive in today’s global workforce
· Workforce education and development
· Terrorist problem: ISIS, etc
* You do not need to write them in the same order as showing here, and you can add more topics if any.
* The paper should address the issues of cultural differences in work-related aspects of society.
· You also consider Globalization issues, such as the effect of Globalization on a certain professional field or similar comparisons. Notes: “Globalization is defined as complex transactions between societies around the world that demand attention to diversity in doing business, engaging in quality services, ethical practices, and equity, and representation of all races, genders, religions and regardless of the geographical location of a person.”
*The focus should be on countries and/or regions other than the US; however, the comparative analysis between other nations and the US is appropriate.
The paper must be organized according to APA format; particularly, pay attention to citations and references of research sources, and to the correspondence between citations in the text of your essay and references at the end. It is expected that you will be using 10 different sources (minimum) that will include academic publications, national/international databases, media/news reports, etc.
The research paper should be at least 2000 words for content and at least 200 words for the abstract page. It must be a double-spaced research paper using Arial or Times Roman 12-point font.
