Students will develop a quality management/quality improvement plan. First, students will locate and analyze a current QM/QI plan in their own department or place of employment (if you cannot access a current plan, you must find an alternative via the internet). The analysis of the current plan will include a discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the current plan. Then, based on the textbook and other literature, students will provide suggestions for improvement to the current plan.
