For this essay you are to use The Leviathan, by Thomas Hobbes, and Two Treatises of Government, by John Locke to explain Absolutism and Constitutional Monarchy, respectively. Be
sure to address the following questions:
– How does Hobbes justify Absolutism?
– Why, according to Locke, are monarchs limited in their power?
– What do both Hobbes and Locke have to say about sovreignty?
