As it states in the title this is a research prospectus. I have built a PICOT question and have 4 articles already. PICOT question is “In adults ages 20-45 with chronic lower back pain how does a full body rehabilitaion program compare to standard care, what are the comparisons in range of motion and pain tolerence within 6 months.” For the full body rehabilitaion program my main focus is working on alignment of the body like the company MoveU, so I have some articles on the foot knee and spine and how if one is out of place or weak it will cause inbalnce and stress the body. If I can get the first 3 paragraghs by this friday that would be amazing. try and Find case studies that will support the full body rehabilition and some that support the stanard care of Chronic lower back pain. Attached are articles and an outline of the background and literature I would like to include.
