THE GOAL here is
for each student to add to their comprehension of an HRD strategy in an actual
organization. By the end of the course, students will write a paper,
approximately 40 pages in length, describing the elements of an HRD program
from an actual organization. These papers will include identifying areas of the
H.R. strategy that are effective and areas that should be improved. Analysis of
the overall connection between the H.R. strategy and that of the organization
of which they are a part is a key component to these paper presentations.
