Overview
In this assignment, you will evaluate literature on social construction of leadership as a research framework for studying leadership, and the effectiveness of leadership communication in your organization (or one with which you are familiar).
By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies:
Analyze models of relational leadership.
Evaluate leader behavior and practice in an inclusionary leadership model.
Evaluate barriers and facilitators to inclusionary leadership practice.
Apply inclusionary leadership theories and models to personal practice.
Communicate in a manner that is scholarly, professional, and consistent with expectations for members of the business professions.
Assignment Description
For this assignment, reflect on how language is used in your organization to frame issues and manage performance. Respond to the following:
Explain if the communication process is co-creational or controlled and dominated by those with power in the workplace.
Assess how personal language is used to manage meaning and performance in the workplace.
Articulate personal development areas to enhance communication and inclusionary leadership practices. What do you need to do to master dialogue and facilitate shared meaning and solutions?
Your reflection should be written coherently to support a central idea, with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics as expected of a business professional.

Written communication: Demonstrate doctoral-level writing skills through accurate communication of thoughts that convey the overall goals of the analysis and do not detract from the message.
Format: Use current edition APA formatting, including correct in-text citations, proper punctuation, double spacing throughout, proper headings and subheadings, no extra line spaces before headings and subheadings, proper paragraph and block indentation, no bolding, one-inch margins all around, and no bullets.
References: Include at least 3 resources from the library.
