Directions for Findings:
Run frequencies for each of the variables so that you understand their distributions
Examine bivariate relationships (run cross tabs)
Determine whether each relationship is significant
Provide the results from the test and provide the technical interpretation.
Provide a substantive interpretation of the test.
Describe caveats to your conclusions, including why you might want to include other variables.

Findings:
We computed the summary statistics of the variables used in the regression to test the
validity of the regression. Our sample size is 2621, and we included newborns (children aged
less than one year) as well as children aged one (1) to ten (10) years (age=10). According to the
summary statistics, the total number of observations for all variables (dependent and
independent) is 2481, indicating that the regression does not have missing variables. The
summary statistics also include the lowest and maximum values of all variables, indicating that
there is no contradiction in the variable values. We also evaluated the average yearly healthcare
cost for children within households by sex for four age groups. We discovered that the average
yearly healthcare cost for female children is lower than that of male children across all age
groups. Furthermore, the difference in average yearly healthcare spending between male and
female children is statistically significant for all groups except the age group (9-10), indicating
that there is gender bias in yearly healthcare spending for children within households.
