For this final forum in the course, please write an individual Viewpoint Essay [there are no maximum or minimum for this forum] in which you do the following:
a) choose and discuss a few issues of interest to you, that are raised in any two of the four chapters in Lama Yeshe’s book (Chapter 37A in Reader), with at least one citation with page number from each chapter. Guiding questions for each chapter are posted below.
b) discuss with one citation what you have learned from reading “Attending the Lama: Thoughts on the Passing of Ribur Rimpoche” (Chapter 38 in Reader)
c) cite at least one line from Je Tsongkhapa, Twenty-Seven Verses of Mind Training, and explain why you chose it;
d) relate these readings to your own life. I encourage you to reflect, to take a step back from all the actions of this course and your life, and take a meditative look at your own process of unfolding (if you wish). You may cite another reading from the course that has influenced you, or discuss the work of neuroscientist Richard Davidson in Chapter 40, but this is optional and not required.
