The Scarlet Letter ” Thesis”

Step 1: Select a novel for the literary analysis final writing assignment. The novels are available in module 2 as a link to the literary analysis directions.
Step 2: Construct a three-point thesis statement based on the novel selected. Keep in mind,your thesis should be a one-sentence statement that includes the title of the American Literature novel used, the topic of the analysis, a theme, focus, or argument, and 3 points the three body discussion points.
For example: Throughout the course of the novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee uses the prejudices of racism, reverse racism, and gender identification to shape Scout into the young woman.
Step 3: Write a 150-250-word paragraph explaining why you selected your three discussion points and what evidence you intend to use as support for each of the three thesis statement points.
Step 4: Post a response to the discussion board by typing in the text submission box.
Step 5: Reply to 2 of your peers with a 50-100-word response providing each of them the following to create a meaningful conversation:
Start with one positive response
Add one improvement or one suggestion
Ask questions if you do not understand something that was written
End with a positive sentence
