Prepare: Appreciative Inquiry Project
In this course, you will plan an AI project based on a topic of
your choosing and according to your goals and interests. You will build
your AI project over the entire course, turning in components as you
apply a particular aspect of AI to your topic. Each component assignment
builds on the previous component. You will have the opportunity to get
feedback and reactions from your peers in the courseroom through
discussions in which you share the ideas you plan to use to build the
next project component.
Project Components
Week 4: Affirmative Topic Choice (4–6 page paper).
Week 7: Discovery (7–10 page paper).
Week 9: Dream and Design (4–5 minute presentation).
Week 10: Destiny (discussion activity).

In a previous discussion, you identified one or more potential
affirmative topics, described their relationships to your professional
goals, and engaged in peer review on a partial draft of the Affirmative
Topic Choice assignment. This week, you will complete a full draft of
this assignment and submit it to Smarthinking, then document the
feedback you receive and use it to revise and complete the final
Affirmative Topic Choice assignment.
