Culinary Traditions and Rituals
Conduct an interview with one or two people about their traditions involving cacao or chocolate including recipes/ cuisine and the meanings, rituals, culinary or dietary aspects, etc. Obtain verbal or written consent. Write five to six page double spaced summary of your interview findings and reference at least one culinary (cookbook) source and one scholarly reference that relates to the foods/traditions /recipes. Include recipes as appendix and any relevant photos.
