Wrote a pretty decent essay and my boss made corrections and gave it back to me. He said it needs less anecdotal evidence and more statistics or factual data to back up my claims that I make. I also didn’t format the citations correctly and changed the title of the essay from what it would have been ‘the importance of team building exercises in a multicultural organization.’
I pretty much just need it to be rewritten so it sounds more like a research paper and less like a compilation of thoughts on paper.
