What are your beliefs about how children learn?

Your philosophy of education is simply your goals, beliefs, and values about education. Think about your philosophy as an action plan for you. As an educator, it is important to be aware of your philosophy of education because it helps you understand the decisions you make and the priorities and initiatives you support. It is also important to remember that your philosophy of education is a living document. It will change as you grow professionally and expand your foundations as an educator.
In this Reflection assignment, you will compose your personal philosophy of education. You will also develop a code of ethics to guide you as you engage in student assessment and the collection, analysis, and application of data for the purposes of decision making.
