What are your greatest strengths?
My greatest strengths are the ability to work well with others and my my strong work ethic. I believe that to get the job done team work is the dream work. It really does take a village to make really great things happen. So that is why I believe in working together and that is why I cultivated really good collaboration skills. Another one of my strengths is my work ethic. Another one of my beliefs is that we must put our heads down and work in order to achieve our desired goal and so that’s why I believe in working hard to achieve goals and that is what I can provide to this workplace.

What kinds of skills do you have that would benefit this company?
I am a chameleon. I have the ability to come into a position and adapt extremely quickly and make it my own. Whether I know something about the position or not I am able to absorb everything that is being taught to me, or be able to teach myself, and fit in like I have been maintaining that position for years. This is done with no small amount of hard work, determination to excel and persistence.
For example, my last job I was an Accounts Receivable Executive for a health insurance brokerage. I did not have an accounting background or knowledge of insurance nor was the position previously held by anyone at this particular company so there was no training available. Upon leaving 3 years later, it is now a position that is mandatory in the company and set up with extensive tools along with training videos that I provided and relationships formed with over 70 different insurance carriers.
My resume may seem like I jump from “random job to random job” but it is my ability to not only adapt but excel in any position that I take that is a vital skill that I possess that any company that I work for would benefit from.
