Guidelines
The required length is at least six pages, but not more than eight pages. The cover page and bibliography are not part of these required pages. Please use Microsoft Word. All text must be double-spaced, with one-inch margins. Footnotes must be single-spaced
Use proper documentation and bibliography techniques (minimum of four different references; only one of these from the Internet). The American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines must be used. Attach a copy of any source less than three pages. (Note: Internet sources are informational references other than references you found by searching the Internet.)
The paper must have a title. The relevant legal aspects of the topic must be addressed in the paper. Legal aspects encompass casebooks, statutes, agency rules, court cases, legal articles, legal treatises, etc.
Your opinion/assessment of the issues in the paper must be expressed
