you are the office manager of HealthAid a company that provides medical advice from doctors and nurses by phone to it’s clients. in the past there have been staff shortages when winter storms have hit and in particular when a winter storms predicted for the afternoon there is a need to contact all employees. the daytime staff who work until 4:00 pm ask to leave early so that they can make it home before the storm hits. the night staff who start work at 4:00 pm are not able to make it into the office because of the storm.
