You should review this background material and write responses to the points 1 through 6 below in a response that is at least 1000 words in length. You should use the case materials and cite your textbook (The Labor Relations Process, W. Holley, Jr., W. Ross, R. Wolters) or online sources (preferable textbook if available) regularly to support your recommendations and the positions you take.
