Discovery We’ll dig deep to understand your current online business. We’ll prepare by adding analytic tools to your website to understand the type and quality of incoming traffic to give us a baseline to work with. We’ll talk deeply about your goals and expectations as we move through this phase of work. 2. Research We take all the information from the discovery phase and conduct further research to draw insights that will serve us later on in the ideation phase. Some of this research may include us walking through your brand’s history, and lifecycle. We’ll conduct keyword research and take a look at your competitive landscape nationally and locally. 3. Brainstorm & Ideation In this phase of the project, we will work together to craft some strategies that will best meet your needs.
